Dr. Pilcher is a 1982 graduate of Colorado State University where he received his DVM degree. He is also a graduate from Weber State University with a BS in Zoology. Dr. Pilcher practiced in a small animal and exotic Practice in Las Vegas Nevada and an emergency clinic in Denver, Colorado for several years before moving to Idaho. He was owner and practice manager of the Conger Small Animal Hospital from 1986 to 2009. Dee Verti, LVT, CVT
Dee is a graduate of Colorado State University. She is a Licensed and Certified Veterinary Technician. She worked as a veterinary technician for many years at Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences as an Animal Specialist in ophthalmology and oncology as well as a research technician in Physiology and Microbiology. She has also worked for the State Board of Veterinary Medicine in Colorado. She has been with Conger Small Animal Hospital and Indian Creek Veterinary Hospital since 1987. Dee is currently working with the English Setter Club of America collecting data for the breed to help with genetic research of dog breeds with genetic diseases or disorders. Dee just finished her English Setter, Dazzle, this past year to her Championship at the Southern California Sporting Dog Specialty and the Beverly Hills Kennel Club.
Gina grew up on a cattle ranch in Eastern Oregon. She trained horses to put herself through the College of Southern Idaho where she graduated with an AA degree in Equine Studies. She returned to the ranch and was employed at a mixed animal veterinary practice in Payette for 2 1/2 years before getting married and moving to Marsing. Gina joined our team in April of 2001. She lives on a small acreage with her husband, son, daughter, and numerous chickens, sheep, goats, horses, dogs, cats and cows. She doesn't really have any "free" time, but enjoys training horses, doing ranch work, and watching her son play sports, rodeo and show his horse and goat. She also enjoys watching her daughter get started in rodeo, showing and sports.

Tina joined our team in October 1989. She graduated from Boise State with an Associate of Health Sciences degree in Medical Records. Tina lives on her family's farm with her husband, son, and daughter. She enjoys attending all her kids sporting events and watching her daughter rodeo and show horses. She has 2 Quarter horses, 4 Australian Shepherds, 1 Chihuahua, 1 Great Dane, and lots of barn cats!

Nikki joined our team in August of 2003. She is a receptionist, phlebotomist, and assistant here at Indian Creek Veterinary Hospital. She went to school and is a certified medical assistant, but found out that her true passion was working with animals and interacting with our clients at the front desk. Nikki shares her home with an English Setter, "Ramsee" and 3 Miniature Schnauzers, "Gracie", "Tank", and "Tyke" as well as a cat "Wasee" and 6 horses! Outside of work Nikki enjoys camping, fishing, and riding horses with her husband, son, and daughter.

Niki joined our team in December of 2011. She graduated from Centennial High School in Boise in 2010. Niki then graduated in July of 2012 with a degree in Veterinary Technology from Brown Mackie College in Boise. Interacting with our clients and assisting with surgeries are a few things she enjoys doing at our hospital. She shares her home with her 2 dogs, 2 ferrets, and 1 guinea pig. In her free time she likes to go camping, fishing, and boating with her husband and daughter.

After Jennifer graduated from WSU in 2011 (Go Cougs!), Jennifer moved back down to Southern Idaho to live closer to family. After watching veterinary technicians caring for her family pets, Jennifer was encouraged to do the same: help provide quality health care to animals. She pursued that path through BMC and is now working as a certified veterinary technician. She enjoys working with all of the various animals that come through our doors. Her favorite patients, of course, are her own pets: a Shepherd, 2 Husky mixes, and 2 cats.

Tonya grew up in Caldwell, Idaho. After high school she attended the University of Idaho for Pre-Veterinary studies the transferred to the College of Southern Idaho for Veterinary Technology and Business Management/Entrepreneurship. After graduation with her Veterinary Technology Degree and obtaining her certification, she worked at a small animal hospital in Nampa for a year. She joined our team in March of 2014. She lives here in Caldwell with her husband and shares a home with her two dogs, Clarence a 7 year old American Staffordshire Terrier, and Rhea a 3 year old Pit Bull Mix. She has a passion for the "Bully Breed", but loves most any animal.

Stephanie joined our team in July of 2014 after graduating from the College of Southern Idaho with an Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. She enjoys all of the different aspects of working in a veterinary hospital, but most of all helping the animals. Stephanie shares her time with her husband, Brandon, 3 dogs: Bazzle, Stacie, and Jacob, cat: Chewie, rabbit: Izekial, and a little one on the way. In their spare time the family enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors.

Larell grew up in Parma, Idaho and graduated high school from Greenleaf Friends Academy. She now attends Northwest Nazarene University and is on track to receive a biology degree to be used for veterinary medicine. Later, she hopes to continue her education and specialize in veterinary pathology.. When away from the NNU dorms, Larell lives with her family on their small farm in Parma consisting of 78 goats, 3 cats, and 3 dogs. During her free time she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.

Veterinary Technician Kari joined our team in September of 2016. She graduated from Fruitland High School in 2005. Kari attended college for radiology and dental assisting, but has always had a passion for helping animals. After graduating from Broadview Univeristy in Boise, Idaho, she followed her dream career of becoming a veterinary technician. She owns 4 cats, 2 dogs, 3 horses, and 2 guinea pigs. She enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, trail riding, horse showing, helping with the family's hop farm, and spending time with friends and family. Years in Practice: 1 Education: Broadview University
Veterinary Technician Chanci joined our team in December of 2016. She has always had a deep love for animals, so she pursued a career as a veterinary technician and will be graduating from Brown Mackie College in May of 2017. She has 3 horses, 2 dogs, 2 cats, a bunny, a goat, and a pig. When she isn't working to save animals she enjoys going camping and boating in the summer. Veterinary Assistant Melissa graduated high school in 2004 from Baker City,
Oregon. She then moved to Portland in 2005 and worked form Guide Dogs for the
Blind for 3 years. Then she went on to work for Multnomah County Animal Service
for 3 years before moving to Idaho in August of 2015 to be closer to her
family. Her passion is working with animals and she loves to help people within
our community. She has 2 dogs of her own: a Labrador, Miles, and a Pit Bull,
Kona. In her spare time you can find her spending time with her family which
